A Melbourne team that builds AI-integrated products and apps. We started with financial markets because the data was rich and the problems were clear. Now we are applying the same approach — build it, ship it, measure it — to every industry where AI creates a genuine advantage.
Our Story
From Melbourne to the World
Veraminds started in 2024 in Melbourne. The founding team had backgrounds in AI research, software engineering, and product development. We wanted to build a company where AI isn’t a feature bolted on at the end — it’s the foundation every product is built on.
Our first product was trademind-ai, an ML platform for stock and crypto markets, because financial data was the domain we knew best. Then came Echo, the mobile app. These proved our approach: build AI systems that solve real problems, ship them as polished products, and iterate fast.
Now we are taking that same model into new industries. Our apps and services will fully integrate AI across healthcare, education, logistics, and any field where intelligent software can make a measurable difference. The team is still small (under 15 people), which means you talk directly to the people doing the work.

Ship, Then Iterate
We prefer a working prototype over a perfect spec. Our models retrain nightly and our apps ship updates weekly. Waiting for perfection is how good ideas die.
Show the Maths
Every signal we produce has an explanation: which features drove the score, what the confidence interval is, and where the model has historically been wrong. No black boxes.
Measure What Matters
We evaluate models on real P&L impact, not just accuracy metrics. A model that is 92% accurate but loses money on the 8% is worse than one that is 85% accurate and profitable.
Own the Whole Stack
We control the pipeline from data ingestion to the pixel on screen. That means fewer dependencies, faster debugging, and a team that understands the full context of every decision.

Proudly Melbourne-Based
Melbourne has strong university research programs in ML (University of Melbourne, Monash) and a growing pool of engineers with financial services experience. That is why we are here.
AEST (UTC+10/+11) gives us direct overlap with Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney business hours, and catches the US West Coast in the evening. Most of our clients are in Australia and Southeast Asia, though we work with teams globally.
We work from Melbourne and are happy to meet in person for local clients. For everyone else, we are set up for fully remote collaboration.
